Christopher Toynbee - Director | A local property developer himself, Chris has many years' experience in the Cambridge property industry. Chris's role involves overseeing and running RAH Building Ltd. as a whole.

Neil Stepney - Head of Building Services | Neil is hugely experienced in the construction industry having run his own building and maintenance company for many years. A Cambridge local, Neil manages the day to day running of RAH Building Ltd.

Helen Collier - Head of Administration | Helen has worked in the property industry for 17 years and is a highly experienced administrator. Helen is responsible for RAH Building Ltd.'s internal processes.

Maddie Kuch - Company Assistant | Maddie has a diverse background working in PA and office administration roles across various sectors. Maddie's key role is to assist with the general day-to-day running of the company.

Tony Toth - Senior Maintenance Technician | Tony has been working in the Building & Maintenance industry for the past 36 years. In his last role as Project Manager he was responsible for overseeing works in both the private and industrial sectors. Eager to get back on the tools, you will see Tony out and about in his van around Cambridge.

Steve Turner – Maintenance Technician | Steve’s role is 'hands on' and you will often see him nipping around Cambridge carrying out various repair and general maintenance tasks. In addition, he provides support to Neil Stepney with the larger refurbishment projects
