We are looking to recruit a full time experienced Maintenance Technician to join our busy team.
Responsible for performing multiple repair and general maintenance tasks day to day at both private and rental properties, you will also provide support to the Head of Building Services assisting with large refurbishment projects.
The successful candidate will be confident in most trades, demonstrate attention to detail, be able to work individually as well as part of a team, have excellent communication skills and be highly motivated.
Previous experience and good understanding of general maintenance work is essential - as is a full clean driving license.
Good knowledge of Cambridge and the surrounding areas desirable but not essential.
